• Global development, optimization, and harmonization of sales processes • Standardization of digital sales tools (e.g., CRM frameworks) • Active Participation in global projects (such as sales initiatives aligned with corporate objectives) and monitoring of implementation • Support of process and system changes, including communication, training, and reporting • Co-design of the order-winning process, including implementation and digitization • Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation • Reporting to the CSO and close collaboration with global sales teams and various internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Successfully completed Master’s degree with a focus on Sales or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in sales, ideally including consulting • Strong expertise in sales processes and their system-based handling in CRM and ERP (SAP) • Proficient in English • Willingness to travel (up to 10%) • Strong problem-solving skills, execution capability, high self-motivation, self-management, and networking skills
