📋 Description
• Handle the engineering part of the onboarding process for new customers as well as updates for existing customers, ensuring smooth integration of their data with our systems. • Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements based on customer feedback according to best practices and with standardization in mind. • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data through the ETL process, identifying and addressing any data issues or discrepancies. • Monitor and optimize the performance of the ETL platform to ensure data is processed efficiently and meets operational targets. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive ETL solutions. • Conduct regular reviews of the ETL process, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in data handling and processing. • Weekly completion of sprint tasks, working as part of a team that handles onboarding, customer customizations, and general maintenance of the ETL platform. • Effective collaboration with the solutions team to prioritize and execute tasks related to customer onboarding, customization requests, and platform maintenance within the agile sprint framework. • Provide regular status updates and promptly notify stakeholders if there is a risk of missing deadlines or exceeding estimated efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 8 years of relevant work experience. • Strong programming skills, analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with ETL concepts, tools and SQL. • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
