Description
• Lead end-to-end technical cutovers with hands-on device configuration and coordinating with both on-site technicians and remote teams. • Provide Tier 2/3 level help desk support during HyperCare. • Manage full cutover cycles, from planning and configuration to validation and post-cutover support.
Requirements
• Proven experience leading complex cutover projects in live production environments mandatory • Flexible working hours, generally Friday evening through Tuesday evening • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Aruba) is preferred
