• Join Our Team as a Legal Intake Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group! • Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients. • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist [Spanish] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. • This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed. • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus. • Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor. • Language: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
