Requirements

• 3+ years business analysis or product management experience • 2+ years Healthcare or Insurance • 2 years of experience in Research and Development for software products (ideal but not a hard requirement) • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) is required. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on market-facing products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills and a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management. • Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
