Description

• Driving timely execution of strategic projects and change initiatives in Global TMF Management. • Overseeing the team's portfolio ensuring collaboration between Global TMF Team, GCO teams, GTS/IT. • Managing entire project lifecycle, from request through delivery, ensuring seamless execution. • Liaising with external and global stakeholders like vendors, GTS, and Global Clinical Operations leaders. • Providing vendor oversight to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget. • Supporting development of business process documentation, including SOPs. • Leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts and developing communication content.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience deploying applications and/or systems in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. • Highly proficient with project management applications, flowchart applications, MS Office Suite, and collaboration tools. • Proven experience in planning and delivery of clinical system solutions. • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Manages multiple Global TMF projects and its project lifecycle.
