• Develop and implement a Stakeholder value strategy • Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and value-added services • Own project management process for value added services • Contribute to execution of marketing tactics • Work with agencies and external stakeholders for customer-centric tools • Drive business decisions with patient care at the center • Operate in line with BeiGene’s Code of Conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science required & MBA or advanced degree desirable • At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector or biotech • Experience in Innovative solutions/Value Added Services Project Management strongly preferred • Previous experience and knowledge of Oncology/Hematology preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Self-driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented with a positive attitude • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop strong partnerships • Turns creative ideas into original solutions
