• Uploadcare is a leading file management and content delivery platform. • Seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive self-service customer acquisition and conversion. • Optimize marketing campaigns, website experience, and pricing strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine growth strategies and improve metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, product marketing, or similar roles focused on designing and implementing product-led growth strategies in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment. • Experience working with developer-focused products would be a strong plus. • Proven expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement across various channels (website, email, paid media, etc.), as well as experimentation and A/B testing. • Hands-on experience using CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), web and product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau), and A/B testing platforms (e.g. VWO) to interpret data, create alignment around actionable insights and translate it into applicable changes. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple projects and effectively deliver complex programs working across multiple teams. • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
