• Initial review of agreements such as Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and Service Agreements. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreements. • Manage the signature process via DocuSign. • Maintain organized files and records of all contract documents. • Develop and provide reports to senior management regarding contract status. • Provide contract-related support to internal stakeholders. • Assist in improving contract administration processes for efficiency. • Communicate with partners regarding contract documents.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field. • Proficiency in managing document workflows and document management systems, such as DocuSign. • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to read and understand contract documents. • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions.
