• The IT Support Specialist role is responsible for implementing IT procedures, website development, and providing best practice solutions to improve individual and/or firm-wide efficiencies across BwB's technologies. • The day-to-day responsibilities include providing Microsoft 365 support across the BwB team, ensuring the security features are maintained and implemented across BwB, updating and maintaining the BwB website (operating on WIX), and troubleshooting additional issues across BwB hardware, software, and networks. • In providing this support, the IT Support Specialist will collaborate across the wider BwB team, being able to provide real-time solutions to IT issues faced or produce timely updates/maintenance as required. • The IT Support Specialist will also provide backup support to the IT Product Development Specialist. • While the BwB team works across multiple time zones, the predominant internal stakeholders for this role are based across the UK/EU, with responsiveness across these business hours expected.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration is essential. • Experience in operating systems (OSX 10-11, Windows 10-11). • Fully conversant with WIX, with previous experience in WIX website development. • Experience providing IT support for users in a fully remote environment. • Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting BwB’s data from intrusion or corruption, including endpoint security solutions. • Excellent communication and customer support skills. • Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration. • Ability to prioritise tasks and create work schedules with minimal supervision. • Excellent troubleshooting, creative, and technical problem-solving skills.
