Description

β€’ The Contracts Administrator is a member of the revenue operations team at BWF. β€’ This position will develop, prepare, administer, and negotiate contracts and proposals with vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring they meet specifications with all policies and regulations. β€’ This person will review contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues. β€’ They will examine supporting materials and agreement documents related to contracts, providing guidance on findings. β€’ They will act as a liaison between BWF and vendors, subcontractors, partners, and clients and maintain contract records to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. β€’ Successful candidates will possess excellent writing, communication, and time management skills.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in a contract administration role or a related field β€’ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills β€’ Excellent attention to detail to review contracts, reports, and invoices for accuracy β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills β€’ Strong organizational and time management abilities β€’ CRM and data management experience β€’ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team β€’ Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion β€’ Experience with Conga Contracts is a plus β€’ Experience with Salesforce is a plus
