Description
• Develop tools and services for backend system infrastructure • Enhance and expand system integrations • Work with RESTful APIs and integration solutions • Encourage innovation and diverse teamwork • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Mentor other engineers • Build the company's Tech brand and culture • Continuously improve software engineering practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack/backend engineer • Proficiency in backend programming languages (preferably Scala) • Experience building integration solution architecture • Experience with AWS (S3, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, etc) • Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture • CI/CD and DevOps best practices experience is a plus • Shopify experience is a plus • Experience in eCommerce is a plus • Experience with enterprise-level applications or integration systems is a plus
