Description
• Account Strategist owns day-to-day client account and ensures delivery of growth tasks on time • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders of retained merchants • Liaises with internal teams to scope and deliver outcomes • Manages client feedback loops and allocates agency resources appropriately for growth roadmap
Requirements
• Hands-on technical experience with an e-Commerce platform - Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce etc • A minimum of 2 years experience working on active eCommerce (in-house or in an agency) • Strong technology generalist with a positive, problem-solving attitude. • Experienced communicator who understands how to cultivate and nurture client relations • Highly organised, capable of multi-tasking and managing requests from different clients simultaneously • Example of previous roles - eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Executive, Project Manager, Digital Account Manager. • Bonus Points for: • Working directly with the Shopify / Shopify Plus platform and partners within the ecosystem • Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights • Experienced in managing development roadmaps, and an understanding of end-to-end strategies.
