📋 Description
• The Information Systems Security Officer will ensure security and integrity of the VA's Identity Governance and Administration system. • Responsible for supporting implementation, maintenance, and ongoing security of the IGA solution. • Focus on achieving and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) and adherence to federal cybersecurity standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies. • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems and concepts. • Knowledge of federal cybersecurity standards, NIST guidelines, and VA security policies. • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes. • Ability to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
