Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and motivated full-time remote Executive Assistant with corporate legal/financial expertise to provide exceptional administrative support to our executives. • You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office, anticipating needs, and managing the executive's calendar and workload effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant/Paralegal. • Experience in business law and corporate law, including familiarity with legal documents, compliance requirements, and regulatory filings. • Proficiency in financial analysis, with the ability to understand and prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets. • Experience with state filings and other regulatory submissions. • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets for various business and legal purposes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a remote environment. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. • Strong internet connection, reliable computer equipment, and video conferencing capabilities are required.
