Description

• Lead and actively participate in the software engineering team to architect, develop, test, and launch the AI application, ensuring alignment with product specifications and strategic goals • Drive technical innovation and excellence by hands-on coding in Python, utilizing cutting-edge deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a focus on NLP • Ensure the highest security standards in the development process, implementing best practices for secure coding, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, regulatory affairs, and data science to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the regulatory approval workflow • Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from initial planning and architecture through deployment and maintenance • Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, documentation practices, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software robustness, scalability, and security • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Make critical technical decisions regarding system architecture, leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for optimal performance • Implement and manage a cloud-native architecture, utilizing React for the front end and FastAPI for the backend within a microservice architecture • Ensure successful implementation and deployment within a Terraform environment

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in software programming, particularly in NLP and security • Strong leadership skills • Proven track record of guiding teams to build sophisticated AI solutions from inception to implementation within aggressive timelines
