📋 Description

• The Customer Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for reviewing complex public sector agency contracts. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Public Sector Contracts Managers, Proposal, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with contract terms. • Facilitates communication based on deep understanding of customer needs between internal and external sources. • Reviews contract terms and conditions to identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure company compliance aligning with company policies and procedures. • Assists in the coordination of amendments, extensions. • Offers comprehensive support to sales teams by addressing questions, providing guidance and direction, educating, and delivering training to teams on general processes, contracting workflow, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience in sales support, contracting, specifically related to public sector • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • CRM, Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Quoting tools • Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys
