📋 Description

• Learns the impact of booking to cash activity and cycle on the Balance Sheet and P&L • Becomes familiar with the collaborative spirit of developing improved analytical processes while balancing the needs of the associated stakeholders with reasonable expectations and bandwidth consideration for long term success of projects • Provides analysis of cashflow accuracy, recommends modifications to forecasting methodology or tools; presents analysis in multiple mediums based on the audience • Provides analysis of A/R adjustments and reasons, timing, and relationship to customer disputes utilizing solid data; presents analysis in multiple mediums based on the audience • Standardizes updates and reporting to ensure data is accurate • Investigate and resolve issues • Leads or assists in the completion of projects and/or process improvements, as assigned • Participates in department and/or staff meetings, and one to one meetings with mentor(s) • Fulfills those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ConvergeOne for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.

• Ability to think strategically and take on open-ended problems • Ability to work independently and in teams • Solid MS office suite skills ; Intermediary to Advanced Excel Skills required • Strong people skills to build relationships with other internal teams • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results • Excellent analytical skills, sound business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities • Detail-oriented and organized • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work successfully with team members and leaders in a virtual environment
