📋 Description

• C5MI is looking to add an experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant to our Delivery team! • You'll be responsible for providing expertise and support for SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects. • You'll analyze business requirements, configure TM modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. • In this role, if you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, then this could be a great fit for you.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or other related field, OR equivalent years of experience. • 7-10 years of experience required, with at least two full lifecycles with SAP TM implementations and leading at least 1 Full life cycle • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP TM functionalities, including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, and optimization. • Experience in conducting functional testing and supporting quality assurance activities. • SAP TM certification or relevant SAP certifications are a plus. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP transportation management (TM) modules. • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively. • Hands on experience with SAP TM integration and other SAP modules and components, such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA. • Knowledge of SAP Activate or ASAP methodology for project implementation is a plus. • Solid understanding of transportation management concepts, industry-specific requirements, and logistics processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse cross-functional teams and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions. • Ability to identify process improvements with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work in changing environments.
