• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Analyze marketing data and KPIs, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance • Lead comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to pinpoint growth prospects and possible risks • Collaborate extensively with a cross-functional team to establish immediate and future strategic objectives for the organization • Evaluate email marketing campaigns and collaborate on visual assets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or other related field • At least 3 years of related experience • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus • Proficient with various digital marketing channels such as Mailchimp, Google/Bing Ads, Hubspot, Wordpress, Hootsuite, or other similar tools • Effective analytical and critical-thinking abilities with a data-driven approach • Flexibility to thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape and modify strategies when necessary
