• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals, including planning, template design, content creation, and campaign deployment • Create engaging email content for the target audience, encompassing subject lines, headings, body text, and calls to action • Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, interests, and preferences for personalized campaigns • Manage email lists in compliance with anti-spam regulations, handling subscriber updates and ensuring data accuracy • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through analytics tools to drive future improvements • Perform A/B tests on different components of email campaigns and control automation for timely customer journey communication
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of related experience • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
