• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial job requisition through candidate onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably at least 3 years • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
