Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred • Previous experience in recruitment or related field a plus • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and ATS • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Enthusiastic, eager to learn with a positive attitude
