Description

• Assist senior sourcers in candidate sourcing efforts using various channels and tools. • Learn to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates. • Support recruitment projects and initiatives by conducting research and data analysis. • Contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline by actively seeking candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. • Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Limited experience in sourcing roles, with a strong willingness to learn and grow. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
