Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or coordination role • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
