• At Kwalified, we are a one of a kind recruitment agency specializing in connecting businesses with top Virtual Assistant (VA) recruiters. • This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and business operations, with ample opportunities for learning and professional growth. • In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes as well as supporting key business functions to drive the success of our company. • You will be directly involved in recruiting virtual assistants, assisting with branding and business strategies, and helping lay the groundwork for Kwalified’s operational processes.

Requirements

• Interest in Recruitment & Business Operations: You should have a strong passion for both recruitment and business support. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, especially for candidate interviews and employer branding efforts. • Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in managing databases like Notion. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards is highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is a plus. • Proactive & Adaptive: You should be eager to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
