📋 Description
• The Communications Manager is a critical role responsible for crafting and delivering effective communications campaigns across multiple platforms to amplify our mission and values. • This position works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategic messaging that aligns with CAC’s vision, deepens audience engagement, and fosters a strong connection with our community. • The Communications Manager oversees institutional messaging, brand consistency, and media relations while staying attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively reach our target audiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of professional experience in communications, content strategy, or public relations, preferably in a nonprofit setting. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS (WordPress preferred). • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
