📋 Description
• Develop highly complex ServiceNow applications for the Federal Protective Service. • Create workflows, configure modules, and design applications for FPS. • Communicate clearly, present products, and coordinate efforts. • Interface with contractors and government employees. • Competent in CMDB data management, integrations, and troubleshooting. • Participate in agile daily scrums, develop code, customize applications, and support testing procedures. • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred. • BA/BS + 18 years’ applicable experience or MA/MS + 15 years applicable experience. • 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications. • Experience with ITSM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, HRSD and scoped SN Applications. • Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customization. • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services. • Independent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions using ServiceNow. • Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development.
