• Lead the strategic direction and optimization of ServiceNow teams • Collaborate with DHS federal stakeholders • Define and prioritize requirements and features • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Manage ServiceNow backlog and oversee development lifecycle • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities • Ensure configurations align with best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules • Experience with ServiceNow development teams • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills
