📋 Description
• CACI is looking for Unit Test Software Engineers to work on the Orion spacecraft’s Flight Software. • This position involves implementing, executing, and evaluating results of the Orion spacecraft FSW unit test cases. • Review test plans with the Orion FSW prime contractor. • Troubleshoot issues with failed test cases. • Collaborate with prime contractor SMEs for resolving unit test case issues. • This work takes place in a dynamic environment critical in human space flight.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. • B.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines required. • Experience programming in C++. • Experience with C++ software unit testing in Aerospace or other industries. • Any related intern or co-op experience is valued. • Must be flexible and open to new challenges in a dynamic environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with little supervision. • Must have highly developed coordination and organization skills. • M.S. in relevant disciplines is desired. • Experience debugging unit test issues. • Experience with Google Test, Gcov, and gMock. • Experience programming in Python. • Experience with Agile software development. • Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git and Subversion. • Familiarity with NASA's Orion spacecraft and space vehicle systems is valued.
