Description

• Administer a VMware server and desktop management environment. • Provide Tier III support to other VMware administrators. • Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the VMware environment. • Execute projects to upgrade and expand resources within VMware.

Requirements

• 11 years minimum experience administering a server and/or virtual desktop environment. • Hands on experience with VMware products including Horizon View, vRA, vROps, vCenter/vSphere. • Understanding of VMware ESXi and NSX-T or V networking concepts with VDI. • Knowledge of backup technologies, Directory Services, Capacity tracking/planning. • Experience with Office 365 applications and VMware Virtualization. • Experience troubleshooting virtual storage connectivity and performance issues. • Familiarity with Windows server and desktop administration. • MS in computer science, IT, or equivalent, or BS with additional experience. • Background check and customer investigation check required.
