📋 Description
• Seeking an experienced Workday Report Writer and HCM Analyst. • Focus on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within Workday. • Provide support for Workday HCM functionalities and processes. • Optimize existing reports and ensure data accuracy. • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments for system integrity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience AND 5 years of relevant work experience. • 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration and maintenance. • 3+ years of experience with Workday Report Writer and Advanced Report Writer. • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. • Proficiency in creating complex calculated fields and using advanced functions in Workday. • Experience with Workday security and data privacy concepts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Very proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Must be able to work independently and function as an effective team member. • Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines.
