• Work with transportation office of a large-city to provide pre-award acquisition support • Assist the Architect & Engineering/Construction staff and technical evaluation panel • Support source selection activities and prepare source selection memoranda • Apply knowledge of the Federal Government acquisition process to improve acquisition process
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university • Two (2) years pre-award acquisition experience to include source selection support • Experience with civil engineering through education, work experience, and/or procurement • Professional Engineer (PE) license
