📋 Description
• Work with Electrical/Marine/Mechanical/Structural Engineers and Naval Architects. • Provide technical support on engineering ship design projects. • Engineering site visits and shipchecks at Navy and Commercial Shipyards. • Conduct electrical analyses and generate 2D electrical design drawings. • Perform feasibility and trade-off studies for generators, motors, and control panels. • Collaborate with primary QA/review engineering mid-level, senior, and expert staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Pursuing a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Engineering (BSE/BE), BS/AS in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET). • Must be able to obtain/maintain required clearance. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with complex technical issues. • The ability to create graphical representations and PowerPoints. • Strong analytical skills. • Willingness to travel 10% of the time. • Capable to perform design shipchecks onboard MSC and Navy ships.
