📋 Description

• CACI is currently looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer with agile methodology experience who will provide their expertise to the implementation and development initiatives for the ServiceNow platform. • As a member of the team, you will need to design, create, deploy, and maintain multiple ServiceNow applications. • Manage and participate in designing and developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Dashboards, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules in a remote environment. • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow developers to develop solutions. • Troubleshoot production problems related to ServiceNow custom applications.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. • Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a completed degree. • US Citizenship required. • Must be able to obtain a Confidential clearance required by the customer. • 1+ Years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc. • At least 2 – 4 years of related development experience. • Must have Certified System Administrator certification and be current on Delta exams through Washington, DC. • Hands on experience creating and modifying Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, Notifications, Email scripts, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, etc. • Hands on experience writing low and medium complexity JavaScript in Business Rules, Script Includes, and Custom ACLs.
