🎯 Requirements

• Junior: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 0-3 years of experience in network engineering or related IT roles (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree). • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance, if needed. • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies. • Familiarity with network protocols and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). • Knowledge of network security principles. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Intermediate: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-8 years of experience in network engineering or related IT roles (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree). • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance, if needed. • Strong proficiency in LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies. • In-depth knowledge of network protocols and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS). • Experience with network security implementation and best practices. • Solid understanding of network performance optimization techniques. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Senior: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8-11 years of extensive experience in network engineering and architecture (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree). • Expert-level knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies. • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance, if needed. • Advanced understanding of network protocols and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS). • Extensive experience with network security implementation and best practices. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex network projects. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Subject Matter Expert/SME: Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree). • 12+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale network initiatives. • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance, if needed. • Recognized thought leader in network engineering with contributions to industry practices or academic research. • Expert-level proficiency across multiple network platforms and technologies. • Comprehensive mastery of network architecture, design patterns, and emerging network technologies. • Extensive experience in network security, compliance, and governance at a global scale. • Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performance network engineering teams. • Outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and technical teams alike.
