📋 Description
• Provide overall management of a portfolio of projects consisting of native, internally matrixed, and subcontractor resources • Manage personnel, cost, and performance of a team delivering solutions to DoD projects • Track financials across all portfolio projects to ensure continuity of funding • Conduct detailed analyses to identify root causes of financial issues • Plan and coordinate all activities associated with execution of assigned portfolio of projects • Collect and prepare monthly project status reports • Work with program manager and procurement team, perform market research analysis • Monitor project team performance to ensure timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business field • 2-7 years of professional work experience supporting DoD programs or managing projects • Experience managing projects, budgeting, and resource planning • Demonstrated technical writing skills • 1-3 years of personnel management that includes technical roles, task management, and customer interfacing • Specific technical experience supporting US Navy projects and programs • Experience leading or writing technical proposal sections • DoD Secret clearance
