Description
• Develop complex applications for the Department of Homeland Security • Participate in agile daily scrums, updating stories in ServiceNow • Support customer requirement workshops with stakeholders • Provide technical guidance to junior staff • Design and configure Notifications, UI Pages, Business Rules, and more • Support development of use cases and testing procedures • Maintain system design and operations documentation
Requirements
• Ability to attain DHS EOD • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience • 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications • Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and scripting • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services • Experience with Okta and SSO technologies • Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR) • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM)
