• CACI is seeking a Senior Developer to develop highly complex applications for the Department of Homeland Security. • Part of a development team working alongside architects and business analysts. • Support and participate in customer requirement workshops. • Provide technical guidance to junior staff. • Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, Business Rules, and more. • Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow Technical Best Practices.

Requirements

• Ability to attain DHS EOD • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience • 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications • Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services • Experience with Okta and SSO technologies • Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows • Desired: Experience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR) • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM)
