📋 Description
• Cadence Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. • Manage and optimize our critical enterprise business applications, including Regal, Salesforce, and specialized SaaS tools. • Ensure system reliability & scalability, drive process automation, and support cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Patient Success, and Marketing teams to develop solutions that drive growth. • Streamline operations, solve inefficiencies, and unlock new opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of prior experience as a system administrator with proficiency in contact-center, sales, sales-enablement, and marketing tools. • Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams • Fluency in sales, go-to-market, and customer service workflows and excel at identifying opportunities where our technology could grow our business • You are results and outcome driven, with a bias toward building and execution • Capable of understanding competing priorities within a fast-paced environment and the ability to effectively prioritize • Obsessive focus on automation to help scale IT operations • You possess some technical skill in at least one programming general purpose language • You have sufficient knowledge of Rest API frameworks to construct API-based integrations between systems
