Description

• The Cadence Solutions team is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team. This person will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Partner across the company to drive growth and economic objectives by creating and managing Cadence’s operational and financial forecast models. • Preparing regular and timely performance reporting for Cadence’s senior management. • Partnering with Cadence’s go-to-market teams to design pricing frameworks for our customers. • Partnering with Cadence’s operational teams to design employee incentive plans that drive business outcomes. • Leading special projects as required by business needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years of FP&A experience • Love of and proficiency in financial modeling and financial reporting • Significant analytical skill set, with ability to structure questions, gather data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience presenting analyses and insights to various audiences • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment founded on trust, autonomy, and direct communication and feedback • Excellence demonstrated in prior endeavors
