• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. • Creating timelines and development goals. • Testing the stability and functionality of the application. • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups. • User support tickets. • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and report.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. • Previous work experience with application and software development. • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce. • Good communication skills. • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues. • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD , sharing rules). • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. • Nice to have Active in Salesforce community Certified as a Salesforce administrato
