• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at minimum 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within the workforce management, and / or related SaaS industries. • Proven experience in managing complex product portfolios, ideally within enterprise software or workforce optimization products. • Strong understanding of WFM concepts such as scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, performance management, and resource planning. • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA is a must. • Significant experience in business and commercial management roles is essential. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data and fact-based decision. • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development
