Our cutting-edge cloud platform, coupled with AI-driven analytics tools, unlocks the true essence of customer sentiment, turning data into actionable insights with lightning speed. •What you’ll be doing: •Work with third-party tax advisors to coordinate and provide support for the timely delivery of all domestic and international corporate income filings for all legal entities of the company. •Aid in the preparation of annual income tax provision workpapers. •Work with outside specialist in preparing annual transfer pricing documentation. •Prepare account reconciliations for various direct and indirect tax accounts. •Assist in integration of acquired entities from an income, sales, property, and VAT tax perspective. •Prepare and file all US state sales and use tax returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as required using our outsourced provider. •Prepare state apportionment schedules. •Research/respond to inquiries from taxing authorities. •Monitor Tax mailbox and escalate issues as needed. •Gather information for company responses during tax audits. •Assist in development of a worldwide tax calendar. •Prepare estimated income tax filings. •Collaborate with and support global cross-functional teams in business development, legal, finance, accounting and treasury. •Monitor pending or new tax legislation. •Respond to tax inquiries and audits. •Carry out other projects, as requested.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree accounting, or a related field. MST or CPA qualification is a plus. •Prior Big 4 or Regional accounting firm experience. •Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is required. •Ability to work in a “hands on” basis in a fast-paced private equity environment. •Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong business acumen and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. •Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. •Ideally located in the Minneapolis area within a hybrid environment, but the role can be remote for exceptional candidates.
