• Define the product vision and strategy for bot analytics products. • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams. • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Drive development of key product features. • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates. • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Analyze product performance using key metrics. • Act as primary point of contact for technical aspects of the analytics product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics, software, or technology products. • 2+ years of experience with Python, Excel, SQL. • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience managing product lifecycles in fast-paced environments. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
