🎯 Requirements
• You must be crypto-native: deeply immersed in crypto culture and battling it out in the trenches daily. • You’ve previously built and/or managed a large crypto/web3 community. • You deeply understand Discord, X, and Telegram. • You have experience managing a decentralized team of moderators, ambassadors, etc. • Self-starter with the ability to recognize and solve problems proactively. • Relationship builder with the ability to easily and quickly establish credibility and rapport with others. • You’re creative, ambitious, and usually the funniest character in the room. • You thrive when given high autonomy, responsibility, and ownership. • You have strong speaking and writing English communication skills.
