📋 Description

• Conduct thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation for ADAS repair opportunities. • Ensure all repairs follow proper pre- and post-scan protocols and compliance rules. • Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers efficiently. • Coordinate with Protech teams for scheduling and record-keeping for ADAS and mechanical repairs. • Analyze estimate reviews to identify potential areas for GP% improvement. • Provide constructive feedback and support to service advisors. • Track and report findings to management for continuous improvement in calibration and documentation. • Deliver "World Class" customer service to internal teams and external clients. • Maintain strict adherence to all safety rules and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum of 5 years in estimating or ADAS repair processes. • Strong knowledge in documentation, Protech scheduling, and handling escalations. • Proficient in repair procedures and CCC Pathways estimating software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interpret service information and resolve escalations efficiently. • Friendly and personable approach to customer service.
