Description

• Work with legal team and project groups as a junior legal counsel in energy solutions. • Provide legal support, assist in contract execution, and manage regulatory compliance. • Participate in project diligence and identify risks that impact organizational goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in renewable energy or other transactions, either in-house or law firm. • Consistently working in a fast-paced environment to meet department and organizational goals in a timely manner. • Maintain a level of competency in your area of expertise with an ability to learn and integrate new technical skills and knowledge, and ultimately to take on responsibility as lead legal resource. Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task. • Highly organized and self-disciplined with strong attention to detail and analytical orientation. • Ability to work with others including those in other departments towards a shared goal, participating actively and contributing to the capability of a team with a positive attitude. • Ability to effectively communicate in written, oral and presentation settings across different verticals in the Company.
