• The Wage and Hour Auditor is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, with a particular emphasis on California law. • The successful candidate will be informed on evolving wage & hour regulations and perform observations to ensure team members and team leaders are complying. • This role will review and provide regular reports on exceptions to our timekeeping standard. • This is a remote position that will be primarily supporting California locations. • Candidates must have experience with California labor law. • Candidates that live near one of our CA locations (Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco) is preferred.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of labor compliance experience • California Wage and Hour Law knowledge • Knowledge of auditing and onsite inspection processes • Understanding and knowledge of payroll, timekeeping and labor law • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Paralegal or related field • Experience working with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday or other) • Understanding of Corporate processes and how to document, train and continuously improve processes
