Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to help grow the Success business. • Responsible for driving campaigns and tactics for Calix Success aligned to the larger Calix campaign strategy. • Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and enhancements on a quarterly release cadence. • Develop social media campaign calendar to support the Success business, write posts, upload to Hootsuite, measure and track. • Work on customer testimonial and solution-focused videos including storyboard creation and development for use in digital, social media, paid media, and other demand-gen activities.

Requirements

• Candidate ideally has 6-10 years of product marketing experience • A bachelor's degree in marketing or business • Leadership skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and empower cross functional teams to achieve common goals. • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders. • Strategic and critical thinking abilities: The capacity to think strategically, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and make informed decisions. • Vision and clarity: A clear vision for stakeholders, lines of business, and organization, along with the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
