Description

• Lead the sales efforts by setting and achieving sales targets and revenue goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to achieve revenue and expansion targets • Work on expanding the number of stakeholders for clients and mapping the contact network • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients • Gain a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide customized IT solutions • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to win new business within existing accounts • Analyze account data and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients • Utilize data-driven strategies to drive account growth and identify areas for improvement • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product delivery teams to ensure the delivery of value to clients • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns • Work to ensure long-term client loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a New Business Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role, focusing on account growth • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Wide experience in B2B custom IT selling • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others • Results-driven with a strong customer-centric approach • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret account data • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills • Willingness to travel to Wrocław once per month for 1-2 days (travel costs covered).
